Steam = online game shop

Social Club = Rockstar network

You need a social club account to link your GTA V game to your account. Doesn't matter if you get the game through Steam or not. And LSPDFR is an offline mod, unrelated to the social club.

Doesn't steam connect to the social club anyway? Don't have steam version
