I having a problem with GTA IV graphic, here is what happened...

When I loginto the game, graphic is fine for both high or low setting, BUT, when I play LCPDFR after I dress up  press enter, It will start loading normally will take 3 seconds, but this time almost took 10 seconds, after this long loading, the game textures start missing, no buildings no streets. When exit station after 10 seconds loading I can't spawn any police cars, start freeze, can't do anything. 

I think this is the ELS V8.5 issues, they changed a setting file in my GTA IV game folder inside "common" 

I don't really know how to fix this, if you see this poster if you know how to fix please help!

Are you using an ENB?

When textures start disappearing, it's often related to a lack of memory space allowed for the game. Either you're using a ENB that literally devours all your memory, or you're using a lot of modded cars that are high poly and devour all your memory.

YES

I did use car mods, but only for ELS cars. 

BUT before this happened, everything was fine even I use ELS and car mods. This only happened when I start play as a cop start loading into police station. 

It was all fine, works well, but this time it's not.

The cars you're using are probably too high poly, that's all. Use different car mods that are less heavy.
