Hello I had played lspdfr a long time agon on jun 2015. Now i wanna play this awsome mod again, but it dont load for me.

I have installed the lspdfr on my GTA folder and i have overwrited the rage plugin hook with the newest version:

RAGE Plugin Hook - Open Alpha - 0.38.886.6940

So then i start it with admin and its unblock all files. but after nothing happens:( 

I hope somebody can help me
