Well if you are talking about when you aren't using it, then you can change it in the texture part of the vehicle.

    yes and no. Thats a great idea! But i mean use with LCPD:FR. It works in vanilla GTA IV just fine. But when i activate LCPD:FR and use the computer then the background turns back to the original. I`ll put up some screenshots of it when i get home from work.
