The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Yes I believe it should. Everything looks goods. Though you might have some troubles with getting things to work with Windows 10, I have friends that have had issues

Ok i have an intel core i7, windows 10, 1TB hardrive and an AMD R7 200 Series. We basically have the same computer and I run GTAIV smoothly everyday. If you want me too help you cause I had issues too, you can contact me on here and I will make your GTAIV run awesome :)

Depends which one. An R7 240 wouldn't beat the 960 any day. An R7 290 would probably beat it.
