I just re-attempted everything tried to re-install it again the whole mod and well, it went better.... but the game didn`t want to work. I got rage open and everything & all green circles. However, it says that my Retail Verison is not supported & that

Do you have version 617 or version 678 of GTA 5 installed?

You can download the latest version of RAGE Plugin Hook here and the latest RETAIL version of GTAV should automatically update itself from the Launcher. I personally do not have the retail version so I am going on guesses.

Seeing as you have RAGE Plugin Hook version 0.38, you need to have the 678.1 patch for Grand Theft Auto V installed. If you want RAGE to work with your current game version (617), then you need to have RAGE Plugin Hook 0.36 installed. Unfortunately, using an older version of RAGE will mean that less of the newer RAGE plugins will work since many new ones depend on the newest RAGE version.
