The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi, I've installed LSPDFR but all I seem to get in the way of jobs is pursuits. Aren't there any other jobs to go on?

you could easily get a plugin script like police toolbox and do parking tickets and wheels clamps all day if you dont care for pursuits.... being LSPD Parking Authority seems like something to do.. You could also be a Park Ranger, stop poachers, protect wildlife or be an undercover ATTF (Auto Theft Task Force) agent and get car thieves off the street...

lspdfr plugin or GTA V crashed? find your Rage log in your gta folder, usually found after ragepluginhook.exe and open it, hit Ctrl a, open pastebin.com, select new paste, hit Ctrl v, get the link after you pasted it and supply that with your issue in the specific mod topic, it helps the developer diagnose the problem you may have.
