is it possible to uninstall and openIV installation pack. For example for car model moifications.

Do you mean you wish to "uninstall" a modification you've "installed"? Yes, if you restore the backups you made prior to installing the modification, or just reinstall your game, or if you are using Steam, verify your local game files.

i installed mods with a package, so im not quite sure, where they are found.

so i have to replace the files with the backup and the mod pack is uninstalled?
