Worked with RPH support for over 3 hours on Skype and Teamviewer, got GTA V and RPH to work, but as soon as we included LSPDFR it gave me this error:  http://pastebin.com/dedT9ijh 

System Specs: Intel Core i3 3.7ghz

8 Gbs of ram

Graphics card: GTX 950

Attached is a screenshot of my GTA V library (Steam)

 

Only mod I am using is LSPDFR and a vehicle (Tahoe)

First thing I noticed from your gta v directory is that you have a couple of  lspdfr files missing. Unless my eyesight is much worse than I imagined, you don't appear to have AdvancedHookV.asi (you do have a log file though), or the lspdfr uninstall.exe.

Maybe double check the required files for lspdfr installation

Thats fixed now, running the troubleshooter in a minute to figure out anything else.
