What game version of GTA V are you on at the moment? It's always best to have a details view of your gta v directory when you upload a screenshot. That way we can see dates and file sizes of all the files.

Also you have scripthookvdotnet.dll and yet no scripts folder????

Where did you originally install GTAV the first time you installed the game? Like the path to it.

For example You're currently using D:\Games\Grand Theft Auto V

Was it originally installed in another location, like C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\ ? or another directory or where you currently have the copy sitting on D Drive?

Oh okay I see.. Can you screenshot the first 3 tabs of the RagePluginHook Config Console

Here is an example of what I'm looking for

http://imgur.com/lLrXLJs   So screenshot the first, then open plugins tab and screenshot it and then open advanced setting tab and screenshot it.

In case you don't know how to get to that screen, just launch RagePluginHook and click on the little cogwheel that appears beneath the R in the RAGE logo

It seems strange that lspdfr will load and play without any other plugins. It's almost as if the plugins are in the wrong location and are messing up the loading somehow.

Also the default console command key is F4 and you have it set to F8, so you have been in the RPH settings window.

Just out of curiosity, do you have an LSPDFR folder in your plugins folder?

yes i have path = DATA (D:) - Games - Grand Theft Auto V - Plugins -LSPDFR 

Inside lspdfr i have a map called Police Radio
