The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello, i just wanted you to ask which files i need to delete from RAGE and LSPD:FR to get my stock GTA V back to reinstall them since i'm getting black squares while playing LSPD:FR.

I know that this kind of graphic issues hasn't happened before and my graphics card could handle GTA V on ultra without any lag.

Just check the LSPDFR and RPH archive. Then delete every file you can find in there.
A quicker method would be to install LSPDFR and after replacing all files (which should then be selected and highlighted automatically) just delete these.
