The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I need help!

Make sure the Mod is in the plugins folder and not plugins/LSPDFR and if it does not load type into the rage hook console loadplugin vehicle search

Hmm strange, What you can try is get Rage to load up then click on the setting button off it next to the logo and enable vehiclesearch to be loaded. And if it still does not load send me your rage log so i can see whats stopping it
