Somebody knows how to add always a helmet to swat through the backup.xml file? 

Another question is how to add the bulletproof vest for s_m_y_cop_01 (accessories 2 number 3 ingame).

NOOSE (SWAT) with helmet: <Ped prop_head="0" comp_decals="0">s_m_y_noose_01</Ped>

 

Cop with vest: <Ped chance="15" task="2" accs="2" RandomizeProps="False">s_m_y_cop_01</Ped>

Balls, no, it is swat, I've got some additional crap installed including different peds.

Do you know for the sheriff what's the code for the bulletproof vest?

I also just noticed the cop thing still had the chance in there, you might want to get rid of that as it will probably bug out unless the other models have a chance too and the total chance is 100.

it's not working for both the cop and sheriff. They come without bulletproof vests

It's working fine for me, though I have heard of a glitch that despawns the vests, just like it did when you would leave the locker room in the previous version of LSPDFR.

 

EDIT: change that into "it sometimes works". Not sure why it sometimes doesn't though.
