The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

What the hell is with the backup spawning?

A few months back I installed LSPDFR and when I called for backup in a pursuit the backup would spawn away from the suspect and would have to drive a route to get to him. Now with the new version of LSPDFR, when I spawn backup it spawns them directly at his position and it kind of ruins it. Is there an option for this?
