Car mods not appearing in game

Featured Replies

Hello,

I would like to start by saying i am running the new version of everything so there is no problem there. I downloaded EUD and RDE and both installed fine into my game and work then i downloaded some car mods mainly the 2009 charger (replaced police2) and the Chevy Silverado (replace Sheriff2) i edited all the files correctly and when i launched my game neither vehicle would appear. The normal police2 and sheriff2 would spawn instead of the replacement files. I put the files where they needed to go and everything.

Any help would be extremely appreciative.

I have noticed an issue with RAGE where the RDE vehicles won't spawn in if the option for countering Rockstars patch is unticked. Don't know if that is intended to happen but it's a start.

@AgentDaquan Though i fixed this issue is there an area where i can enable this counter measure? It may explain some crashes.

if you go into the RAGE config settings via the cogwheel when you open up RAGE, there should be an area for disabling/enabling DirectX and such. It is in there on the newest RAGE version.
