Anyone else having this issue?
I mean, I can revert to the older version of RPH and it works fine but the newer plugins on LSPD:FR will not work then. 

 

It says I need to update the game but STEAM is somehow not supported?

Steam is supported; but you are a version or so behind. Verify your game cache and make sure Steam can update GTA V.

The RAGE Plugin Hook site specifically states that RPH 0.37 removes compatibility for game version 617.1. Either update your game to 678.1 or downgrade to RPH 0.36 and run older plugins.
