1) When i get out of my police car, the lights have to be all the way one, not partially on. If i get out without them fully on, they glitch and turn off and when i return to my cruiser, they dont work except for maybe 2 lights on it, and they are white.

2) I have to press CTRL+ALT+M to open the lighting menu, and J,K, and L don't work the lights for me, only the / key on the numpad works to do that for me. This is with CTRL+T on or off, does the same either way. I do have SNT, but i don't know how to navigate that menu in-game, because i can open it with F3/4 but i don't know the buttons to navigate it, i've tried all i could think of..

    As for SNT make sure your NUMLOCK is enabled. You can then use the numpad keys to navigate
