GTA V crashing AFTER loading all plugins

Good Day! I followed step by step instruction on installing LSPDFR and it worked perfectly. After replacing some vehicles and installing traffic policer, the game upon loading all plugins crashes. Does anyone know what may be causing this? I have tried removing traffic police but that did not do anything.

I had the same problem, then I updated my Mods update.rpf and it worked for a couple days now it's not working again.

Yeah you should update the mods, do you have your mods in a folder created with OpenIV?

I figured it out... Sorry it took so long to respond I was out of town... I just had to update some files.
