The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hey all,

I've been trying to equip the flashlight from the weapons menu for quite a while but it never seems to appear. I have also tried looking in ammu-nation and it isn't there either. I saw that it was part of the Halloween DLC, does that mean it was temporary? Is there any way to get it at this point?
