Can anyone tell me how to add the file or folder levels to openiv I have been trying for the past couple days and I am not getting anywhere sounds dumb but I can't find it after x64 again if I'm starting something in the wrong section my apologise

Ok I'm trying to add a car actually it's the ford police interceptor but it's saying to go to mods patchday4ng dlc.rpf so openiv opens up and then I have to go to x64 and there would be the hiccup there is no levels which is what I have to click so how to add it there after levels is gta5 then vehicles.rpf??

To get to what you're looking for, it should be like this

update / x64 / dlcpacks / patchday4ng / dlc.rpf / x64 / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf
