Can't figure out how to install speed radar 1.2.2

Hey my names lane i have recently been trying to install speed radar 1.2.2 for lspdfr but can't really figure out how to install it in the folder it goes into plugins then lspdfr but then others say to put it into the gta 5 directory please help

Put the plugins folder into your gta 5 directory, simple as that

ok i did that now other mods that have the same set up with plugins then lspdfr do they go into the plugins folder section or the lspdfr folder in plugins?

Its best if you just open up the readme that comes with the mod download and look for an instructions section, but to answer your question yes if its plugins/LSPDFR then put it in the plugins folder, so that it would be plugins/LSPDFR/asdfghjkl.dll
