The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

HI everyone, thanks for the help on my last post. I have finally figured out how to install lcpdfr. The problem now is that I install els and then when I get in game all the police vehicles do have sirens and the default police cars lights have actually disappeared from the car.  Anyone know why?
