Police Radio

I am having trouble getting police radio working properly as it doesn't display properly in game and I am unable to use it. I have installed it correctly and tried re installing it.

any help would be great

code 3 callouts

agency callouts

arrest manager

traffic policer

wilderness callouts

System Specifics:

AMD FX 3.9 GHz CPU

8 Gb RAM

Windows 8 64-Bit on 120 Gb SSD

1 TB hard drive

GTX 760 2 Gb

MSI 760 mother board

Display as in half on screen or off the screen? In the files read me it will instruct how to move the radio and resize it for your resolution.

Basically the radio has half the housing around it but the menu is half on and half off the the housing
