Game crash using Realism Dispatch Enhanced

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am trying to install RDE. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work for me. I've tried using the mods folder, installing into the main directory, using a modified gameconfig and nothing is fixing the problem.

The game crashes while loading, and the last item in the RAGE logbook is "Completing interoperability phase 7" or something like that.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks.

As an update was just released, Yard1 is working on making the RDE gameconfig.xml compatible with this current version. You can follow the updates here:

Thanks for the info, although I had this issue before the latest patch. People have been suggesting deleting the lowrider files so I might try that and see what happens.

Ok... my game isn't crashing anymore but there isn't a trace of RDE in game. I have triple checked that it is in my directory, and that it is listed in dlclist.xml AND extratitleupdate as well.

This gameconfig fixed RDE for me with GTA v1011: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars

Edit: Oops, I just realized this topic is exactly a year old. Well, I landed here while searching for "RDE crash gameconfig". Hopefully this helps someone else with getting RDE working with the new GTA update.

I still have issues with this (now into 2018 lmao). I can load into regular GTA just fine, disable SSR and some of the other background scripts. Once I try to startup the RAGE plugin loader for LSPDFR, my game freezes followed by a crash. I've tried running rage without it loading ANY plugins and I still get the same result. Have tried all the above fixes as well.

I have not had any luck using a gameconfig from the current version (as of the date of this post, May 4 2018)

Assuming the gameconfig needs to be RDE specific or something

Have you tried F7YO's Gameconfig? It works fine for me but I have not tested it yet with the RDE 3.1.1, Some other configs won't really work and I don't really know why, Test it out and see if it works, I wonder what happened to the "The Realism Team" just found out RDE last year but it crashed my game too so I didnt really bother with it just Uninstalled it, Edit going deeper in the comment tab of the "mod" some users have said that they heard some "news" about a new update for "Realism Dispatch Enhanced" and we'll just have to wait for it, I think it was from a discord server from the Team that created the mod.
