GTAV Crashes at Storymode after Recent Update...

Since the last update, GTAV crashes at storymode but I can't figure out why. All related files with LCPDFR are up to date. GTA V is updated. Here is GTAs lauch file.

Can someone help me figure out what is going on? It happens when loading through Ragehook (current version) or GTAV directly.
