I need help very very bad, so I tried to install my first siren mod into GTA 5 of course. Well I took my siren mod and actually changed the .oac file and renamed it into .awc to fit the file and add it into open iv. Well I found out thats not what im supposed to do and I ended up making that file corrupt and didn't back it up. Im very frustrated on finding out a way to fix this and I need help really bad. Thanks.

if you have steam you can verify game cache and it will replace the old one thats corrupt

Cool its just I don't know how to do that lol how do you do that?

sorry that link didnt work im just gonna copy the steps for you 

go to steam, click on library , right click on gta v , then click on properties ,select local files ,  verify game cache , ive done it once it took me about 45 mins so its alot better then having to reinstall the whole game , but if i was you backup your plugins and all the stuff you want to keep before you do it because everything will be back to a clean gta

no problem , forgetting to back up can be a pain in the a**
