I'm not sure of the name of the song, but with Third Watch I have previously used this site: http://www.episodeworld.com/show/Third_Watch/season=all/english/musicguide
It provides a description of what was happening during the music playing, however right now the site appears to be having some form of technical issues so isn't working. But once it comes back up I suggest using that to find out.
