Why is this car different than the others?

Try either reinstalling the cars, or take the POLICE2 carvariation lines and use that instead of the one you're currently using. I don't know if that'll fix the lights being dim (they look fine for me) but it will fix the messed up lights on the last charger.

The car on the left doesn't use coronas in its lights. Therefore if your light meshes aren't made to bloom, they will look dull. The car on the right is exactly the same, except the author used coronas.

Im having the same issue, how do you set your light meshes to bloom?

Sorry if I'm replying to a "dead thread", but I had the same issue, and it was due to not having PostFX on Ultra, and Shader Quality. After changing them both to max settings, it COMPLETELY changed all the lighting for me.
