The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have an issue where when I go to force a callout my LSPDFR crashes every time, I have tried it with and without modded callouts i.e code 3 callouts. Any ideas?

We might just have to wait until LSPDFR pushes out another update, I'm going to try and post a comment on Jeff Favignano's latest LSPDFR video to see if he can help. If he can I'll leave a comment for you.

 

Do you have the latest version of RPH? Have you tried reinstalling LSPDFR as a whole? Can you also maybe post a log of the crash?

Add sereous313 on steam he'll help you out, he got all my stuff sorted out and now my game runs flawlessly.
