Hey so I have this bug with my GTA IV where I start the game it doesn't even get to the loading screens and it crashes. If I restart my PC it works fine. But this happens everytime I try to play (without restarting my PC). Could it have something to do with my PC being on sleep mode all day until I come home from school? I won't post my logs because they don't show anything because I can't get in game. Help!

UPDATE: I ruled out the sleep mode thing.

Guys I really need help here! I'm a clan owner who can't go in patrols! This has been going on for months please help.
