Guys do you know what is the best ENB for ELS ? i saw an ENB at Cj24 very good lights .I know there is an ENB FirstResponse but that is to Powerful , you can blind if you use that ENB!

It's fixed.

I personally ended up using ChinaGreenElvisENB 2.02 with some custom settings after going through several ENBs. I'm quite happy with it, although it has a black line along the horizon at water because of the red sky bug fix, and I am still fine-tuning the settings.

You can make pretty much any ENB work with ELS if you tweak the VisualSettings file though. I just copy and paste the "other emissive lights" section from the Radiance Mod VisualSettings into the ENB VisualSettings, but you can play around with the values there yourself. I believe the important value is "car.defaultlight.emissive.on", which many ENB mods set to something very low.
