     If you have 2 GTAV folders in the same Steam Directory, then rename the other one to Grand Theft Auto V-orignal or something

    and rename the one you posted above to Grand Theft Auto V   (without the number 2 at the end) 

    Whichever folder you are wanting to play from, it must be Grand Theft Auto V
