With the default rockstar lightbar

The lights do not work, instead this weird white thing starts flashing. I have no Idea why, and I have looked around and I cannot find the solution.

Another problem I am having is changing the Sheriff cruiser, no matter what file I replace it in all 3 Directories It will not change. Help anyone?

Update :

I made a mods folder and copied and pasted the proper folders into the mods folder

I then added the modded sheriff car and it still didn't change...

 

(I am thinking no one will reply to this anyway...)

I would reinstal everything dude or try playing GTA V w/o mods and See if it works

And see s/o answered :)

I fixed it, I deleted the update folder and verify the game cache.

 

I think it is something to do with the lighting set up.
