The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    The password request was from using peazip. I tried with winrar and received an error so I'm guessing the file is just corrupt.

    I have 0.3.1 up and running now using the manual installer. The download did take me about 10 minutes roughly but I'd assume that's just a lot of people using the bandwith to dl the update.
