I got the same problem! Ugh it's annoying :( I got GTA 4 on a new laptop and before I installed this mod my game worked great! Now it keeps crashing when I start it! I ran it as administrator and it still crashes!

I got the same problem! Ugh it's annoying :( I got GTA 4 on a new laptop and before I installed this mod my game worked great! Now it keeps crashing when I start it! I ran it as administrator and it still crashes!

I just returned the game to amazon.com Hopefully going to purchase the game or another one.
