The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Is your "Shader Quality" set to high or above? If not, try doing that.

    Unbelievable.....Past 2 days I have been trying to figure it out......And it was right in front of my face the whole time........

    Your "Post FX" should be set to high or above too if not already.

    It already is, Radiance V is not giving me the bright lights i want. :(

    Weird, I'm not sure what more to tell you though. Maybe try reinstalling Radiance V or try using this.
