Your "Post FX" should be set to high or above too if not already.

It already is, Radiance V is not giving me the bright lights i want. :(

Weird, I'm not sure what more to tell you though. Maybe try reinstalling Radiance V or try using this.

I already tried using that it didnt work either... whatever i have no hope
