Hey guys so I know there is already a forum post about this issue but it wasn't very helpful.  So I'm having an issue with multiple modded police vehicles spawning with pure black window tint.  I've heard of ways to permanently fix this with a trainer, vehicles.meta files, etc. but I haven't found any instructions on doing so.  Any help would be very much appreciated.
