Alt + P Won't Work

Featured Replies

I know, I will get bashed for posting this, but I really need help. LCPDFR does not start when I press ALT P. I am 98% sure I have all the correct things installed, but it still won't download. I really need help with this.

By the way, I have ELS installed, and I have Windows 8.

hello. okay lets try the easiest thing ever first. remove ELS. reinstall LCPDFR. then run the mod. you can't install mods until you know the police mod is working..its doesn't make sense :P so try that and lemme know if that works.
