When playing GTA IV whether it is playing as 'pol' or fire I get fire.fire in the top left corner and it says error. If playing as a fire fighter It pretty much "stops my shift" and I have to close gta iv. Also, when playing as POL (police) it still appears but it doesn't affect my game. 

Any suggestions?

Make sure you own the latest version of the game, as well as the latest scripthookdotnet version. also check your logs to know what is causing the error. 

 

 

 

 

@gangrenn I do own the latest version I just bought it 2 days ago on Steam. I hate to sound like a total noob but.. I do not know how to check logs or anything of that nature yet. I am proud that I was even able to follow your guide to install it. I like the fire MOD I just wish I could fix this. I am trying to figure out how to add the suggested vehicles as well. Also, thanks for attaching the video.

 

I do have the scripthook in my main directory I did just look.

to be honest Z what i tell everyone is to run that mod in another copy of GTA IV. combining all these mods together only makes things harder. if you have room to make a copy of GTA IV just for your firefighter mod..then that is what i do :D because with both mods in the same folder, problem solving is going to be a bitch :D
