Having heck of a time downloading that timecyc. It wants me to pay for premium some place where i uploaded it and it's no longer available at GPM. Do you have any other ideas?

I'm confused about the first question, and I installed it correctly and then pressed the "ins" key to enable/ disable.

I use FRAPS. I honestly don't know the file sizes, but the long upload times may be because of bad internet speeds.
