The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Am i able to save everything like my mods, game, and lspdfr on a hard drive stick and put it on another computer

LSPDFR and other mods yes but gta 5,I dont think so but if you have a hard copy of the game for pc...maybe???

Everything is possible. However, if your plan is to copy it all, including the game, and putting it onto another computer, whether it is yours or not is bordering piracy. If the "other" computer has a legal version of the game already installed, then yes, you can transfer the mods from one computer to another, including the lspdfr files.
