Disappearing textures of world...

Featured Replies

Hi everyone!

A few weeks ago (or more) I noticed that all my textures are disappearing when I'm driving around LS and BC. You know, textures of grass, buildings and more. It's really annoying. I have it for GTA Online too so it isn't a problem with mods. Please help. Sorry for my English.

Picture below is old, now it's looks better but still I can't play GTA V.

Cheers

Which vehicle mods do you have installed, and in which slots? Your specs seem way more than enough for 1080p. Nice rig :D

Oh I have so many mods (car mods too) But I removed my Mods folder and I still have it

Aw man feel so bad for you. At this point I do not know what to do... I did a google search, linking some topics for you:

Try re-installing the graphics card driver? Try taking out the graphics card and putting it back in? (Don't forget the PCIe screws and power cable)

How many car mods have you got?

I had this issue when I replaced every single police vehicle, it stopped appearing when I changed my texture settings to normal.

Yeah I have replaced every police car and so many normal. What should I do? Remove few cars?

Quite possibly, yes.

But first, change a few settings in your game from Ultra / High to Normal

Things like Texture Quality and stuff

I also started suffering from this recently, however mine do not disappear outright, they just go into a low quality state (Like a low LOD version), so far it seems to correlate with how many add on vehicles I have as removing some seems to have mostly stopped it. I'm not sure if spreading out the vehicles over multiple .rpfs helps but i may try as almost all of mine are located in mpchristmas2 alone.

My RAM is not the issue either, GTA V rarely goes over 8 and I have another 8 after that to use.

yeah now I have the same problem, textures not disappearing but lost quality. But for now only one thing can fix that: changing textres quality to Normal :(

  • 5 years later...

as for me 2009 and 2011 crown vics were the culprits~

also MAYBE 92~94 caprice but still checking her

crown vics (I've installed tons of them and always ended up deleting those) were always buggy to me

will check it out, because i have over 100 cars and nothing bad but crown vics..... LOL
