Alright, so I installed CryEnb v.3. Put it on Ultra-High, put all that good stuff in. But it still looks rather bland! Textures are fine, lights could be better, but the weather/sun light is absolutely horrible. It seems as if I go North or East, it appears nice and bright, but if I turn lets say West/East, it looks like as if it has gotten darker, and there seems to be low-lighting. I can't get my screenshots to work with steam, even though I bought GTA 4 through steam. Now, I really want to know how SteveTheGamer55 makes his ENB so beautiful! It just looks so much better than mine, and people have been saying he uses CryEnb V.3 (Please correct me if I am wrong). Heres a picture of what I want it to look like (This is Steve's FDLC episode, Day 36). Also, anyway to make the ELS lights more prettier?

Steve uses a GTX 980. What is your GPU?

Steve uses the GTX 980 (as mentioned above), he also has CryENB v3 installed with its optional settings set as Insane.

He used to use cryenb v3, but right now he use Profeet ENB
