What CPU for LSPDFR?

Featured Replies

Hi, I'm currently running an i5 2500k without an oc due to the motherboard and an R9 270. I get around 50 fps high settings 1080p with rage hook. I'm at around 80% usage with all four cores and my graphics card is nearly running at 100% load, at the moment it is the bottleneck but I plan to buy an R9 390 and nearly max the game out at 1080p. What CPU (i5 4690k/i7 4790k) should I purchase to make sure my 390 doesn't get bottlenecked, thanks!

P.S. I ask this question because hardware in Australia isn't that cheap and the price difference is around $150.

You don't need something more than what you need to play the game. It's a regular mod, not a graphic mod, so as long as you can run GTA V, you can run LSPDFR.

An i5 4th gen would do the trick, but its more on the GPU Side though...

(for regular gta v, with mods is same)

I know but when ragehook was first released my CPU was at full load and it bottlenecked my GPU haha, so I think ragehook still puts pressure on my CPU.

Alright thanks for your help! Refer to the above reply as to why I needed help.

i5 4690K should work together with 12GB of RAM to be 100% sure it won't bottleneck
