Delete any unsupported plugins, install the latest version of rageplugin which was released today. http://ragepluginhook.net/

My game was crashing today earlier until I installed the latest ragehook.

Delete these unsupported plugins:

-More Callouts

-Bank Callouts

Make sure everything else is updated included albo1125.common and scripthook is updated to. May I also ask do you have any scripts in your scripts folder?

Delete the Albo1125.Common.dll in the above screenshot. You don't need that file anymore per the ReadMe

If I remember correctly Arrest Manager Readme from a few versions ago says

STEP 1: Go to your GTA V/Plugins/LSPDFR folder.
STEP 2: DELETE Albo1125.Common.dll.
