I have the mods down to the dot. Radiance V and Visual V. 

What settings controls the "Yellowness"?

I have the blue and red exactly as in the video but what line in visualsettings.dat helps me make it brighter and stand out. (I DO NOT WANT ORANGE)

Well Buggs if I'm not mistaken used Improved LED & Spotlight script which has those yellow lights enabled for it.

No, I don't think he uses it anymore because it isn't listed in his used mods/scripts. Also the LED mod is not a script it is just a graphics tweak in the game files same as visualsettings.dat
