Addon police officers?

Greetings,

I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong section, this is my first post. I am wondering if it is possible to add more police officers to the force. Have them respond to calls, driving vehicles and acting like the officers we are normally used to. The thing that brought me to this question is when I came across Revised Police officer 1.0.0 By Velactor.

It would be nice to see this happen for more variety.

Edit: I noticed I posted in GTA IV, this is post is for GTA V. Can it be moved?
