I just downloaded gta v from steam, played it past that stupid intro and i saved it. I closed my game and installed LSPDFR .3 through the ad installer, put in a few scripts and mods then ran it for the first time. The do you want to unblock the plugins message came, i clicked yes and the nothing happened. The message screened went away but the game did not start. I waited and tried again. Also reinstalled LSPDFR through all 3 methods and tried a different ragehook version. Nothing Happened.

I am on a windows 7 pc

It worked for me on a windows 8 pc with .2 and older rage hook but that was months again.

 

HELP ME PLEASE, I JUST WANT TO PLAY LSPDFR

Fix from Harper:
http://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx 

Download the latest one and drop all files into your GTA directory, overwrite any existing ones.

Then, run RAGEPluginHook.exe and it should bring up the screen I showed in my first post, it'll then show you if you're missing anything.

If that still doesn't work, try this:

1. Head to your Control Panel > Programs (Uninstall a Program) and look for these three things:

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6, or higher.
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64)
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (x64)

If you are missing those, google each one from Microsoft's website and install them

Solved update

When RAGEhook started for the first time, did you see this screen?

This is not mine, I pulled it from google images.

Ideally, you'll need all those to be green ticks. It'll let you know if you're missing anything from your system that's preventing it from starting

I am using RAGEPluginHook.exe

Did you watch the video?

I just uninstalled ragehook and LSPDFR and manual put all the files in from LSPDFR but nothing still

Yes: 

 

Hm.. Try running RAGEPluginHook.exe as a standard user, i.e: Don't run it as an admin. I think it advises against that.

 

If that fails, open up RagePluginHook.txt and paste it into this site: http://pastebin.com/ then post it here

That did not work and i do not have a  RagePluginHook.txt

Nothing, Could it be my compatibility?

Have you checked your program list in the control panel for these?
