The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Same here I had no issues and could play 0.2b on RGH 29 all day no problem but, now after a callout or two it crashes every 2nd or 3rd callout and most times will leave the pursuit radius or blips on the mini-map as well lol.
