I can play GTAIV in single player mod with scripts, however I can't save or go online without the windows live sign in assistant installed with GFWL Marketplace, I keep leading to this page to download the latest http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/pc/downloadclient and as you can see it's no longer available.

I installed and change the compatibility mode and runs as admin, however that doesn't work. I downloaded one latest live sign in assistant  from another link that I read about and it loads up and disappears off the screen.
